This is the posts that everyone hates to read but informed people will have to in order to get a good grasp on what they need to finish before Netflix decides to have it disappear from its services. Most older films do get to come back, but that's not quite the case with films from a year or two ago. As for TV series, it depends.
Thankfully, it's not as bad a month as October was. Mainly because you don't have an expiring deal with Epix going again. But, that doesn't mean it'll be quiet. November 7 is the date that Shanghai Noon disappears. The Jackie Chan/Owen Wilson western comedy is worthy of another watch. November 16 leads to the elimination of Teen Beach Movie, so hurry up if you want to play catch up before tackling the newest one which just came out last month. November 22 brings to a close Steve Jobs: The Lost Interview. I know there's a lot of Steve Jobs material floating around of late, but this one is a PBS interview that was filmed in 1995 and lost until 2012 which has the man himself speaking frankly about his life and career.
In the below the radar stuff, The Road (2011) is not the Viggo Mortensen taking his kid down the path during an apocalyptic future, but it's a Filipino thriller dealing with three teens disappearing which sounds like a cold case from twelve years ago. I will actually recommend catching this one before it vanishes November 9. One I need to catch is Stranger by the Lake which leaves on November 13. It's a story of a young man conversing with a middle aged stranger when he's not having trysts with a seductive killer. Crystal Fairy and the Magical Cactus goes away on November 19 and you'll miss Michael Cera and Gaby Hoffman in a tale of medicinal cacti and a road trip gone awry when a last minute invitee turns things on its head.
Robert Pattinson hasn't had the greatest of careers post-Twilight, but he's doing better than some (I think I spotted Taylor Lautner on the side of a milk carton the other day). For his fans, be sure to catch Bel Ami before it leaves November 22. He plays a reporter who climbs the ladder of Parisian society with some help from beautiful women he meets along the way (sounds like Vanity Fair with the genders mixed). And finally, Leviathan (2012) fades into the sea on November 27. It's a documentary examining the battle of man and nature located in the very waters described in Moby Dick.
NOTE: For those looking for November 1 expirations, it's now listed in both October and November. October because the last time you can see them is on October 31 and November because they leave the queue November 1. (EDITED)
2nd NOTE: The dates listed are the dates that a film/TV show goes away. Be sure to get your viewing finished the night before to make sure you catch it. Some titles were spotted thanks to the help of What's Expiring on Netflix Soon; they will have more titles than I list here.
